This hybrid library, in collaboration with Spokane Public Library and Spokane Public Schools, lends space rather than hard books; meeting space, space for artist residencies, and gathering space. With a street presence to rival anything on the Las Vegas strip, this jointly designed project by Integrus and G4 is a huge boon to the neighborhood.
Another historic restoration & preservation project from the talented folks of A+E Design, the Missoula Fairgrounds buildings and grounds was a dream to shoot on a bluebird day in late September.
Early September took Lara to the remote island-like peninsula of Sorrento in Maine to capture
the 3 building take on a modern farm house, with the main house and 2 smaller outbuildings that include apartment quarters, deck terraces, a pottery studio, and detached office. All with sublime wooded views of Frenchman's Bay. Kudos to Calico Studios of Chapell Hill, NC!
A return visit to downtown Bellevue's latest residential tower 888, designed by the hugely talented Hewitt architecture group lead by Julia Nagele, yielded a vast new series of exterior day and night images showing off the building's street appeal.
