Lara was retained to photograph Lake Flato's new Whitcomb Arts Center in Galesburg IL, the campus that hosted the final Lincoln-Garfield debates. Vertical standing corrugated metal with saw-tooth roofline, the complex interfaces well with the warehouse and barn building context.
Lara worked to capture the newly refurbished kitchen, dinning and living room spaces of an original 1970's modernist house with YS Built, deep in old Bellevue.
Returning to the North Edge campus on North Lake Union in Seattle, Lara was commission by developer Touchstone and Tableau Software, to document interiors, which feature a massive lighting installation, Contours, by UK installation art group, Acrylicize.
Lara was retained by Canadian public artist, Jill Anholt, of Vancouver BC to create imagery of her compelling, blue wave-like installation, Immerse, integrating transit hub and parking structure seamlessly.
Reconnecting with past client, architect and artist Robin Abrahams, Lara worked to capture her immaculately restored 1930's bungalow and its mid-C art collection.
